Ingredients
For cooking:
1 head of lettuce (butter, Romaine, or little gems)
1 box (10oz) Original CHi
Green Onions
Bell Peppers
Shredded Carrots
Spicy Chili Sauce or Simmer Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
For serving (optional):
½ red onion, thinly sliced
Fresh cilantro
1 avocado, diced
2 radishes, thinly sliced
Directions
Heat the oil over medium heat in a heavy-bottomed skillet or cast iron pan. Add the onions and bell peppers, and cook until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
Add the defrosted CHi and cook over medium heat, using a wooden spoon to break up the meat, and combine everything in the pan. Add chili sauce and continue to cook until the plant-based pork is completely cooked through, about 4 minutes more.
Scoop the CHi-Rizo mixture into the lettuce leaves to form wraps. Enjoy!
