These quick and easy CHi lettuce wraps are full of flavor and nutrition. Our perfectly spiced CHi-Rizo combined with a crunchy lettuce leaf is all you need for a satisfying snack. Plus, these CHi lettuce wraps are keto, paleo, and low carb.

Ingredients:
- 1 head of lettuce (butter, Romaine, or little gems)
- 1 box (10oz) CHi-Rizo Ground Pork
- Onions
- Bell Peppers
- Salt and pepper to taste
For serving (optional):
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- Fresh cilantro
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 radishes, thinly sliced
STEP 1 Heat the oil over medium heat in a heavy-bottomed skillet or cast iron pan. Add the onions and bell peppers, and cook until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
STEP 2 Add the defrosted CHi-Rizo and cook over medium heat, using a wooden spoon to break up the meat, and combine everything in the pan. Continue to cook until the plant-based pork is completely cooked through, about 4 minutes more.
STEP 3 Scoop the CHi-Rizo mixture into the lettuce leaves to form wraps. Enjoy!
