CHi-Balls Ingredients
1 box of CHi Plant-Based Pork
Âź cup onion, finely chopped
â cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tbsp tomato paste
Salt and pepper to taste
3-4 tbsp chickpea flour
1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax seed mixed with 2 tbsp water) Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
½ tbsp dijon mustard

Pasta Ingredients
1 jar of pasta sauce
Spaghetti of choice (we used chickpea pasta)
Optional:
Cashew parmesan
Red pepper flakes

Step 1 Combine all ingredients for the meatballs into a large bowl.
Step 2 If it seems too wet of a mixture, add in more chickpea flour.
Step 3 Form the meatballs. (Donât make them too big)
Step 4 Place on a parchment paper in the air fryer and bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
Step 5 Boil your pasta of choice and combine it with the tomato sauce.
Step 6 Add the meatballs to the pasta and enjoy! (Store extra in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days)
