Stir Fry Ingredients:
- 1 package CHi Original Plant-Based Pork
- 1 tbsp. avocado oil
- 2 heads broccoli crowns, washed and florets cut off
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow squash, diced
- 1 medium zucchini, diced
- 1/4 cup raw cashews, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onion, diced
Teriyaki Sauce Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup light tamari
- 1 tbsp. water
- 4 tbsp. keto maple syrup or monk fruit syrup
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. sirarcha
- 1 tsp. sesame seeds
Step 1 In a small mixing bowl add teriyaki ingredients and whisk until combined, set aside.
Step 2 Preheat a large skillet on medium-high heat, add chi original pork and cook according to the package.
Step 3 Add avocado oil to the skillet and add broccoli, peppers, squash, and zucchini. Cook for 2 minutes stirring occasionally. Cover with a lid to steam for 2 minutes until vegetables are bright and crisp. Add in Chi original pork and chopped cashews. Mix until well combined.
Step 4 Pour in the sauce and simmer for 2 minutes. Top with green onion and ENJOY!
